Studio Photographer & Customer Service RepresentativeWe are looking for a Studio Photographer/Customer Service Associate for our satellite studio in Chandler, AZ. The perfect candidate will be a person who loves to work with and around people and has prior studio photography experience in a professional setting. Help us create senior portraits that capture this important moment for families.
Our studio photographs high school seniors, responds to customer inquiries, and guides senior and families through the photography process. We are looking for a candidate part-time to join or team.

Our studio photographs high school seniors, responds to customer inquiries, and guides senior and families through the photography process. We are looking for a candidate part-time to join or team.
Job Details:
- Must have proven professional experience photographing high school seniors or family portraits in a professional studio setting minimum of 1 year.
- Must be able to commute to our studio in Chandler, AZ. Location crossroads are Pecos & McQueen
- Greet and assist customers as they come into the studio
- Update customer data
- Provide access for image selection and viewing.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Available to work Monday & Saturdays, some additional weekdays if needed.
- Respond to customers via phone and email in a prompt manner
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Strong computer skills (IE, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.)
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Wage is hourly from $15 to $17 based on current skill, experience, and first few weeks of observation/training.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Have a strong understanding of camera settings and lighting setups.
- You will be photographing high school senior portraits and families in our studio.
- Strong understanding of color, framing, posing, and lighting.
- You will be responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, providing high-end photography, an unforgettable experience, and top-quality customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
