Job Summary & Responsibilities Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned products (metrology, inspection, solution software) and accounts. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition. Provide the market feedback including the competitor information to headquarters for developing the sales and marketing strategies in time. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Strong business sense and industry expertise Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Fluent in English. Education & Experience: Minimum of Bachelors of Science Degree in a technical or marketing discipline 5 years equipment sales experience in semiconductor With metrology and inspection equipment sales experience will be plus.
