Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of FPA, the senior financial analyst will be responsible for leading operations and SGA reporting, insights, and action planning. They will build and automate monthly management reports, lead financial planning business conversations to improve stakeholder financial acumen and influence spending plans.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce high quality monthly reporting, conduct variance analysis, and complete accurate forecasts 
• Ensure business units achieve expense financial commitments
• Partner with Director of Revenue Analytics and COO to develop aligned demand and capacity plans
• Improve existing finance processes to ensure data integrity
• Develop and maintain financial models 
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience 
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with major ERP accounting systems 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment 
• Possess keen attention to detail and aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills 
• Proven business operations influence skills 
• Ability to quickly complete assignments, multi-task and continuously improve
