READYTOWORK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and assist in the project management of RTW job training programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoys getting in the weeds, and has experience in supporting the execution of complex projects while communicating status of programs to multiple stakeholders.
Hours: M-F 8:30-5pm
Pay: $45,000-$55,000/year commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the program manager, including:
Maintaining program tracking files and records
Preparing reports and presentations to share impact
Create and maintain program operations documentation, including:
Project plans and schedules
Trainee tracking systems and status updates
Communication plans and marketing collateral
Track project progress and identify potential issues, including:
Monitoring project milestones and deadlines for trainees and clients
Identifying and documenting risks and issues
Developing and implementing mitigation plans
Communicate with project stakeholders, including:
Preparing and distributing project status reports for external stakeholders
Providing updates on project progress
Coordinating with other departments to ensure training program success
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of work experience required
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bias for action, enjoys finding solutions to complex problems
Naturally empathetic and enjoys working with people
