OnPeak is Hiring a Remote Reservations Services Specialist (onPeak)
Responsibilities:
- Answers calls and responds to emails
- Handles customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Researches required information using available resources
- Manages and resolve customer complaints
- Provides customer service information
- Enters new customer information into system
- Updates existing customer information
- Processes reservations
- Identifies and escalate priority issues
- Routes calls to appropriate resource
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in relevant computer applications
- Required language proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Most possess excellent listening skills
- Must have great attention to detail
