Overview

The File Room Clerk files and maintains physical records and documents company approved format.

Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour based on experience

What you'll do

• Compiles and verifies information using standard procedures.
• Inputs data into a tracking database/system.
• Responds to internal inquiries by retrieving or sorting away documents and job jackets.
• Print and attach work orders to job jackets.
• Transport job jackets to their requested location.
• Audit contents of job jackets to ensure items are being used.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Traits/Requirements:

• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Intermediate typing skills (30 wpm).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated and solution oriented.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of clerical or related experience.
