What you'll do as: Administrative Assistant

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Collate and distribute mail
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports
• Create and maintain filing systems
• Schedule M-F 9am to 5pm

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

• MUST HAVE Quickbooks and bookkeeping experience
• Strong decision-making skills
