Job Description

Onin Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented In-Process Quality Inspector to join our team. As an In-Process Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the client's products meet the highest quality standards throughout manufacturing.

Work Experience

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications (such as PCBs) by following specifications on drawings, bills of materials, wiring diagrams, process sheet drawings, and / or verbal instructions.
  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify any defects or deviations from the required specifications.
  • Document and report any non-conformities or quality issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to product quality and inspection techniques.

Requirements :

  • SAP experience is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality inspection is a plus
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement
