As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Receivables, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. The candidate would provide critical cross-product support across the Receivables Product Management team. This role requires an individual who can work independently and partner with others across the firm to develop and ensure delivery of market viable, profitable, and operationally supported Receivable's solutions. Candidate should possess a combination of analytical acumen, technical proficiency, and creative problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven successes in balancing multiple projects while creating practical, actionable plans that are understood by all stakeholders. JPMorgan is a market leading provider of Check Deposit services, including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Domestic Image Cash Letter, Paper Cash Letter, Multicurrency/Collections, Check Deposit Returns, Lockbox and Float. We are currently seeking an individual to support the Product Management team and our Receivables suite of products.
Job responsibilities - Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Work independently and understand the role supports Receivables as a whole, including special projects and initiatives related to our business
- Develop and execute on the strategic product roadmap through close collaboration with clients, sales, segment solution teams, channel partners and product owners
- Maintain and develop system documentation (user guides, implementation, marketing sheets, training decks)
- Engages with and articulates insights and recommendations to improve the product, processes, and procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Achievement-oriented with determination in situations involving frequent change, high expectations, and ambiguity
- Attention to detail with ability to stay on top of multiple competing priorities
- Strong presentation skills and ease with effective communication with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
- Ability to handle multiple work streams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated confident written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes
- Adaptability, dependability and flexibility regarding work assignments and work schedule
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, attentive to details and ability to work with minimal supervision.
