Embark on an exciting career journey as our Art Operations Sr. Associate where you will support the JPMC Art Collection, a Corporate Communications function serving all lines of business globally. 

As an Art Operations Sr. Associate you will report to the Senior Curator based in Chicago. This role will support the large capital refurbishment project at Chase Tower in Chicago—our 2^nd largest hub---and additionally, you will work on global projects, inventory, Collection Management initiatives, risk and control initiatives and support the team as needed. 

Job responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating the accurate location of artworks in the art storage room(s) and those installed in buildings in Chicago.
• Conducting local onsite art inventories and assisting the Registrar and broader Art Program team with the Domestic and International inventory projects.
• Prepping decks and assisting the Senior Curator with his robust global book of work when requested.
• Working with the Senior Curator and respective GRE partners on the movement, relocation, installation and storage of artworks being displaced during Chase Tower Chicago capital refurbishment project.
• Updating TMS with art location changes, image updates, status flags, etc for Chicago and other locations when requested by Registrar to assist.
• Assisting Senior Curator, Business Manager and the Registrar with the Corporate Strategy Review process and deliverables.
• Partner with the Corporate Art Team on internal and external presentations, documents, and business cases, engagement models, Annual and Quarterly Reports 
• Assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding JPMChase & Co. , its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Requires occasional days working off-site, potential off-hours work during de-installation/installations, some domestic travel.

Require qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 4 year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Arts Administration or related field
• 2 years professional work experience.
• Proven experience with large financial institutions or corporations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma) 
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and PC platform
• Prior experience with Corporate Art database & digital tracking systems (TMS, SharePoint, TEAMS, Confluence)
• Excellent work ethic with a can-do attitude 
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
