Operations Associate- JBT Wealth Management

The Operations Associate role is dedicated to supporting an office of advisors while maintaining excellent office standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting and processing paperwork for staff, running reports as needed by staff, answering the main line and directing calls to the appropriate parties, maintaining a stocked and fully functioning office, full operational support, and front desk management. The Operations Associate should perform all tasks with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is looking to grow a professional career. Those without industry experience are encouraged to apply as we will sponsor and finance the training for the SIE, Series 99, and Illinois Life Insurance license(s).
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2 years of professional experience
· Undergraduate degree (or equivalent work experience)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with superior organization
· Excellent time management and ability to multitask
· Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to adapt in a continually evolving marketplace
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of investment and banking products
· Background or interest in the finance industry
· Experience with professional phone etiquette
Pay and Benefits:
· $40,000 salary, yearly bonus opportunities, and performance-based bonus opportunities
