Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the relationship management, maintenance, and growth of account revenue for assigned accounts relationships including carriers, lead affiliates, and other broker relationships. The role will use business development to increase marketing reach, client engagement, solution building, and other tactics to maintain and increase account revenue from current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executes partner success strategy with partner success managers to identify, target, and market to partners addressable market
• Provides inter-departmental management to drive partner solutions program through marketing, product, carrier, and sales organization
• Builds and maintains customer relationships with strategic accounts of high complexity and impact
• Facilitates partner growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with current accounts
• Manages results of partnership opportunities with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, carrier, and sales organizations
• Interprets data & reports and analyzes growth opportunities, develops partner presentations for new business opportunities, and supports business development leadership to win new business

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related
• 5 or more years of related experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Life & Health License (Preferred)
Functional Skills:
• Strong project management skills including developing work plans, estimating and managing resources, time and budget
• Demonstrated track record in managing accounts and relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication and skills for communicating at all levels
• Strong consultative, customer-focused skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced ability to influence

Compensation offered for this role is $70,000.00-$96,250.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
