Client Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee data collection and analytics
- Guide cross-functional collaboration between data teams and client
- Manage customer relationships and communication
Client Success Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with internship or career interest in health tech industry
- Well-versed and/or interested in learning perioperative services
- Proficient in Salesforce and SaaS
- Detail and process-oriented with the ability to navigate challenges & develop repeatable, scalable solutions
- Travel to hospital clients 25%
Client Success Manager Compensation:
- Competitive salary $60-$75k doe
