Compensation: $85,000-$110,000/year

Position Summary

The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating the finance, accounting, HR, IT, and marketing activities within Porter. This role will also act as a liaison to the shared services team at our parent company, OneWorkplace.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of finance, accounting, HR, IT, and marketing departments.
• Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives, manage marketing campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.
• Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Develop and update financial forecasts and models to support strategic decision-making.
• Liaison with Parent Company: Act as the primary point of contact between Porter and OneWorkplace’s shared services team.
• Support Management Team: Provide operational support to the founders and management team of Porter.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance business efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
• Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in financial forecasting and business modeling.
