The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, processes, and efficiencies within the Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization. This includes supporting marketing planning, organizational planning processes (OKRs), communications, tooling, organizational effectiveness, and operating models. The Operations Manager will drive high-priority initiatives to ensure projects are successfully executed and delivered on time. They will collaborate closely with the Director of Strategy & Operations, the GMI leadership team, and internal stakeholders to meet objectives within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Business Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including task assignments, deadlines, workback plans, and templates.
  • Coordinate with the Strategy & Operations Director, leadership team, and other departments to develop and implement processes related to operating models, business rhythms, meeting cadences, and marketing moments.
  • Identify and implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency and quality of operations and processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with guidelines and organizational goals.
  • Support organizational goal setting process (OKRs).

• Organizational Effectiveness and Tooling:

  • Ensure adoption of new technologies, tools, and capabilities across our client's products and third-party products.
  • Drive innovation in technology usage, cross-functional work, and global planning.

• Communications & Information Management:

  • Manage core GMI assets, repositories, and systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop strategies for consistent, ongoing, and relevant communications across the organization.
  • Raise awareness of GMI-created assets, whitepapers, strategies, and insights within the Marketing organization and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or product operations, program or business management, strategy consulting, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge and skills in planning, budgeting, communications, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerAutomate, process/flow-diagrams, project management tools, communications & collaboration tools like Teams and Slack, and other relevant software and platforms.
