Our team supports legal business operations and our customers are legal team members. We work closely with various state bar associations and legal subscription providers on behalf of our customers. The Program Analyst will guide attorneys through the state bar licensing application and annual renewal processes. This role will also work with third party legal subscription licenses including contract negotiations and spend management.Key job responsibilitiesThe Program Analyst will work independently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, manage high volumes of tasks, think creatively and strategically, exercise strong judgment, and be proactive in solving problems that affect customers. The candidate will also be customer-service oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels.About the teamLegal Business Operations supports the entire legal department as a central office or shared services function.
