Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Support workforce management activities such as timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and assist with safety programs.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Assist with social media management related to HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required!
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
