Our Receptionists Will:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensures that all callers and visitors are welcomed and have a positive experience.
• Provide administrative support for the OnCare team by answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, monitoring communication channels, and faxing and uploading patient documents.
• Assist in ensuring the OnCare office runs efficiently.
• Build strong relationships in a positive team environment.

Our Receptionists Have:

• 1 years of experience in a receptionist role (preferred).
• The ability to complete job duties with minimal oversight.
• The ability to communicate well in person, through email and over the phone.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of business software programs including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• An active Driver's License with a reliable vehicle, insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • We serve individuals in 5 Heritage Communities in the Omaha Metro area in addition to patients residing in other Assisted Living Communities, Long Term Care Facilities and in their homes.
  • We focus on building strong relationships with our community partners to provide excellent quality of care and to maintain a focused service area.
• Mileage reimbursed at the federal reimbursement rate.
