Professional Hearing Center is Hiring a Medical Front Office Receptionist Near Omaha, NE

Medical Front Office Coordinator – full-time - $16-$20/hour

Professional Hearing Center is a thriving Audiology practice looking for additional front office administrative and customer service support professional to help us best serve our patients and team.

In this role, a day in the life will include:

  • Greeting patients (in-person and on the phone), ensuring they have an excellent experience that outshines our competition.
  • Generating business by turning phone inquiries into appointments.
  • Maximizing provider efficiency by appropriately scheduling patients.
  • Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information.
  • Processing insurance claims for private and employer insurance reimbursement; processing private pay invoices and collections.
  • Performing other administrative duties for the office.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patient, colleagues and vendors.
  • The ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins. Must have the ability to direct the flow of the office with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills – especially in Microsoft Word/Excel.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
