OneWorld is a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art primary health care center with 13 clinical locations in the Omaha area. We provide comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health care services, and we offer a variety of community support services for those in need. OneWorld vision: Our vision is to be an innovative leader in health care, empowering individuals and creating healthier communities. 2018 patient profile: We cared for 42,292 unique patients at our clinics in Douglas, Sarpy and Cass counties. 40% of our patients were children (under age 19). 49% of our patients were uninsured. Languages spoken included English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Karen, Somali, Arabic, Russian, Kiche, Kanjobal, Turkish, Bosnian, Nepali, Mandarin Chinese, French and Dari. 93% of our patients lived at or below 200% of the federal poverty line. 65% of our patients were racial and ethnic minorities. OneWorld is a federally qualified community health center (FQHC). FQHC is a federal designation from the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) within the Health Resources and Services Administration.
