**We are looking for Candidates with the following attributes:**

* Must be able to communicate in a professional, positive and courteous manner with all clients, callers, and staff both external and internal.

* Place outbound calls.

* Be able to meet the physical demands of the job within the described work environment.

* Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in carrying out customer support functions.

* Maintain the utmost confidentiality and security as it pertains to clients as covered under our Electronic Communications Privacy. Complete annual HIPAA certification.

* Place outgoing calls while following our exceptional call-handling guidelines.

* Meet company quality standards and performance metrics.

* Maintain regular attendance show your responsibility and initiative.

* Required to work on weekends, holidays, and be available for extra shifts as needed; including adverse weather conditions, as the Call Center is open 24/7/365.

* Multi-task; be able to change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.

* Complete all training sessions as provided.

* Attend all mandatory Team Member meetings.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Qualifications**

Type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute

Excellent sense of accuracy

Ability to use a computer, keyboard and mouse

Excellent Attendance

Must demonstrate the ability to read and understand basic written and verbal communication in the English language

Bi-lingual is a plus

Must be within a commutable distance to the Ocala, FL office for orientation and training

**Must be able to successfully complete and pass a post-offer background check**

**Education and Experience**

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Previous customer service experience preferred

Medical Office experience a plus
