On Point Marketing is looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Independent Sales Associatewith a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals. As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through face-to-face interactions, and offer outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Independent Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
• Customize sales presentations to suit the client’s needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
• Understand the client’s pain points and offer solutions from the On Point Marketing product line and services.
• Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. While hourly pay will be provided during the two-week training period, subsequent earnings will be entirely commission-based. The earning potential is uncapped, allowing high-performing Independent Sales Associates to achieve significant financial rewards based on their performance and results.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and share information.
• Maintain a professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm, when dealing with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Spanish is welcomed; bilingualism is a plus but not required.
