OMNIVISION is Hiring an Office Manager Near Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities including office space, equipment, and supplies. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and office moves.
  • Oversee business paperwork including contracts, invoices, expense reports, payroll, and basic accounting. Ensure all documents are accurate and timely.
  • Plan and coordinate company events including team meetings, conferences, and company retreats. Make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord. Obtain quotes for new services and negotiate contracts.
  • Help prepare for, and run company-wide and off-site meetings and customer events
  • Work with the leadership team on key people initiatives including recruiting, organizational planning, and employee engagement. Help support recruiting processes.
  • Assist VP with various high-level administrative tasks such as preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations. Provide scheduling support.
  • Oversee facility related project.
  • Keep office policies and procedures up to date. Monitor budget, costs, and productivity. Suggest improvements to streamline operations.
  • PD, PO PR process
  • Manage and direct team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an office management or executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced startup work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google's G Suite, and business productivity tools. Familiarity with payroll and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time efficiently.
  • A positive, professional attitude. The ability to problem-solve and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters and data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,800.00 - $104,600.00 per year
