Responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:
-Develop a strategic plan and overall vision to introduce new products and services throughout manufacturing facilities across North America
-Create sales targets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure proper execution of corporate sales objectives.
-Identify decision makers, visit target accounts, and identify customer needs to ensure product offering and service capabilities meet market requirements
- Assist in aftermarket support and technical assistance as needed
-Partner with internal engineering department and manufacturing to develop new product offerings
Requirements of the Sales Manager include:
-At least an associate s degree in a technical field
-Previous experience leading sales/marketing/business development efforts for a manufacturing group
-Capital equipment sales and service experience
-Experience selling to metal forming operations
-The ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including internationally
