The Digital Marketing Coordinator position is an integral position at Olympic Hot Tub. You would be responsible for Olympic Hot Tub's brand integrity and management; working with the Company President and its outside marketing agents to create strategic cohesive marketing for Olympic across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
· Assists in developing digital strategies to market Olympic’s products and services and drive traffic in-store to the company website, and E-Store.
- Excellent digital marketing and ecommerce online store skills including; E-Commerce, Word Press, Online Ad Space, Zoho, Google Analytics etc..
· Creates and deploys successful e-marketing campaigns, including social media.
· Oversees CRM management, training, and updates as directed.
· Assists with content updated to Olympic’s website as directed.
· Experiments with organic and paid search to drive traffic to Olympic’s website, E-Store and increase online conversions.
· Oversees and creates content for social media channels; increases social media reach and visibility.
· Assists the President with blog content/writing as needed and posts new content to Olympic’s website.
· Capitalizes on all assets available to Olympic through its vendor partners to ensure our content is fresh and current.
· Produces reporting on marketing campaign results and utilizes the info to inform how future campaigns are created and implemented.
· Assists the President and its marketing agents to establish marketing budget and utilizes funds available responsibly.
· Oversees and assists with marketing material approvals for online and print collateral.
· Interacts with marketing teams of our key vendors and other dealers to share ideas and foster a strong team spirit with Olympic.
· Creates and executes email marketing campaigns; analyze results and adjust email marketing as needed.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
· Excellent time management
· Ability to work well in a creative nimble team
· Ability to self-manage
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong understanding of web platforms, analytic tools, AdWord campaigns, e-commerce.
- Experience with WooCommerce and Zoho preferred.
· Experience and education in digital marketing
