The Marketing Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for working directly with the Flexe Sales and Account Management teams to help develop and execute marketing strategies that attract, retain, and grow accounts. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. In addition, this role will focus on ensuring that the Flexe Account Management and Sales teams have everything they need to tell a consistent, compelling story through collateral, presentations, proposals, and more.
[70%] Strategically partner with the Sales and Account Management teams
[15%] Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop customer facing materials
[15%] Diagnose, develop, and redevelop ways to scale processes, increase efficiency, and drive continuous improvement

The salary range for this role is $108,000 to $126,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary for exceeding expectations. |
