What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle Will Call orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless pickup experience.
• Perform data entry and manage customer information with accuracy.
• Assist with general office duties and contribute to the smooth operation of our front office.
