Primary Objectives of Position:

• Position will be responsible administrative duties associated with the Alarm Department.
• Primary focus to perform AR functions for the department, be responsible for all collections on past due invoices owed to the department.
• Assist with answering the phones from customers for proper routing of calls and assisting with needs of customers from service and install related projects.
• Assisting with billing of monitoring accounts and service agreements.
• Responsible for resolving invoice issues and making corrections to department invoices.
• Assisting the Alarm Operations and Service Sales team with customer documents required and Insurance requests.
• Any other duties related to Alarm Department that are required by the Alarm Operations Manager. Assisting with other department administrators on functions when they are not present.

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required: Associates or Bachelors’ degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
• Proficient in understanding of monitoring and central station operations.
• Proficient skill with MS Office software
• Excellent verbal communication skills
