Our company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in West Chester, PA. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling customer accounts, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers.
- Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and provide outstanding customer service.
- Work with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable activity and collections.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $58,000 per year plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
