Old Republic Insured Automotive Services, Inc. (ORIAS) is looking to add a skilled Desktop Support Specialist t to our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

What you will do:

As the Desktop Support Specialist, you will assist users by going to the user's work area dirctly and/or remote controlling PC's to resolve issues and anser questions. Help provide helpdesk coverage, look for and recommend ideas to resolve problems that are reported. You will do the initial load and configuration of PC software, install hardware, deliver and set up PC to user desk or prepare for delivery. You will also install requested software on PC's, virtual desktops and mobile devices. You will assist with connectivity setups and configuation issues and provide technical support.

You will need to be able to balance technical aptitude and approach-ability to foster strong relationships, have knowledge of technical aspects of the software used at ORIAS, have a positive attitude and willingness to learn while adapting quickly to change and have personal availability to work as needed on both a scheduled and call-out basis.

What we look for:

Bachelor's Degree in IT discipline preferred, high school diploma or equivilent required. We prefer 2 years of proior work experience in direct customer and/or technical support.
