QA & PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QA & Project Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The successful candidate will be involved in some project management duties as well as testing systems for functionality and adherence to UI/UX specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process and deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities and determine good test coverage in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Coordinate testing activities for multiple concurrent projects and enhancements
• Identify, record, and track bugs and inconsistencies, working closely with the development team and PMO for resolutions.
• Participate in the design and review of test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure software quality.
• Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and potential risks to the project team and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple projects to achieve on-time deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who learns quickly and takes immediate ownership of the overall QA testing success.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in project management, QA/software testing or coordination is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps and/or Jira is a plus

Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year depending on experience
