Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Duties:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and installation of computer systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot SCCM, ServiceNow, and Remedy tickets
- Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting
- Perform software troubleshooting and provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and other devices
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with end-users
- Proficiency in IT support, desktop support, and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SCCM, ServiceNow, Remedy, TCP/IP protocols
- Experience in mobile device setup and troubleshooting
Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire
