Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Akron OH 44320
Duration: 3 months Contract to hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive user calls via phone or Walk-ups and offer support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow Ticketing tool.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 1-2 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A Certification is a plus.
