Okon Recycling is Hiring a Customer Service Supervisor Near Dallas, TX

As one of the largest public recycling facilities in North Texas, Okon Recycling is currently looking for an exceptional customer service supervisor.

We are a fourth-generation family-owned company that takes enormous pride in how we interact and handle the hundreds of customers we interact with on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who shares the same passion and enthusiasm we do in making sure each and every customer we interact with has a positive experience while visiting us.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Helping make sure customers know where to go when they arrive and what the process is.
  • Defusing and settling any disputes.
  • Ensuring all customer promotional products are being distributed as needed.
  • Assisting other employees at scales to make sure customer experience is as expedited as possible.
  • Helping upper management with reporting for yard as needed.

Scrap metal knowledge while preferred is not required.

90% of day will be outside interacting with customers and fellow employees.

Hours are Monday- Friday 7:45 am – approx. 5:45pm and Saturday’s 7:45 am- approx. 3 pm.
