Customer Service Supervisor
Duties:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Train and onboard new customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Experience in the HVAC industry or related field preferred
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and mechanical components
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
