As a High Rise Service Supervisor with Hines, you will oversee and coordinate all mechanical and technical support for the property with limited direct supervision. You will ensure the building and all areas in the property meet the Willowick standard for appearance, safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent form an accredited institution preferred
Two or more years of property maintenance management or leadership experience in related industry
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
Appropriate EPA Certifications for refrigerant recycling
Possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer skills to effectively administer the required work order programs and building operations
Proven ability to train and direct others
Driver’s license to operate machinery in property
Ability to work an on-call schedule
Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
