POSITION DESCRIPTION 

• General support of the customer service team to include:
  • Data entry of waste profiles into Wastrak system 
  • Data entry into OPT to include job number issuance and PO entry 
  • Generation of Bill of ladings, Waste Manifests and container labels 
  • Uploading of shipping manifests into waste portals 
  • Maintaining data tracking reports 
  • Miscellaneous tasks to include scanning, filing, research and detail gathering on demand 
• Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Phone Coverage and coordination of backfill while away from the desk 
  • Orders all office supplies (toiletries, kitchen items and all manifests/dot diamonds as needed) 
  • Receives manifest transporter copies and files them away to have on record
  • Creates PO’s as needed 
  • Checks the mail each day and distributes throughout the office
  • Prepares FedEx shipping documents and schedules package pickups as needed 
  • Receives vendor invoices through the mail and scans them into the Dallas Accounting email 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Must have strong organization skills 
• Must have strong computer skills that can be demonstrated, that include use of Excel, Word, MS email, etc. Wastrak and OPT experience preferred 
• Must have the ability to effectively support and interact with multiple individuals concurrently 
• Must have a strong attention to detail
