Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Job Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the Foster Care and Adoptions Placement Programs and serves as backup to fellow Administraive Assistant.

Manages office details and coordinates activities with internal and external customers. Maintains confidential or complex files.

Prepares invoices and payments of claims, requisitions, purchase orders and other fiscals duties. Review reports and gather information for Foster Care and Adoptions Placement Programs.

Education and Experience Requirements at this level consist of five (5) years of technical clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
