Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field. Responsibilities include, but are not limited too: Respond to Initial Detailee Request for processing current employees for Joint Duty Assignment in support of other agencies. Review and verify all fields on the DPSC Form(Request for Assignee/Detailee) is completely filled in. Verify the receipt of the Foreign National Contact Forms (FNC). Advise the Detailee of the requirements if applicable. Continuous tracking and updating system of record annotating derogatory information is found Process Military Approval To Brief (ATB) for active duty and reserve personnel on orders. Check various System of Records for verification and records creation for the requesting branch of service member. Verify required personal information in System of Records to include but not limited to: affiliation and citizenship. Check databases for verification of Active SCI eligibility and verify open/pending incident reports or derogatory information within the military personnel’s record. Review all comments in the investigations and adjudications (to include previous records from prior investigations that have been previously adjudicated). Capture information within the security databases in order to record the information in People Soft (Staff like access) and the approved security certificate. Check requested information in all security databases for open/pending incident reports or derogatory information as well as if there is a re-investigation or an open or pending investigation. Continuous checks of JPAS and DISS to monitor when the investigation closed and adjudicated for SCI by DOD CAF and record in adjudication tab in PeopleSoft.
