About Us

We are looking for an office manager with a focus on previous sales experience. We are working to find someone that can be a leader and a fit in a high-volume office environment. Duties include normal and routine office manager task such as organizing, calling patients, managing excel sheets, and working with visitors.

This position also hyper focuses on making sure patients actually come in for their appointments. That's where you come in!

Who are we looking for?

In order for you to be successful in this role you need the following:

• Have in-person office experience.
• History of being successful in a sales dominate role.
• Used to working for a commission or bonus pay.
• Must be able to do basic math with little assistance.
• Must have experience in Excel.
• Must be able to memorize a script as a part of your day-to-day tasks.
• Must be good at convincing people to do something (or purchase a product).

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 12pm

This is a salary position paid at 40 hours per week at $20/hr. Generous bonuses offered. You can earn up to an additional $15/hr!
