Government of the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Change Control Specialist (Information Technology)$87,339.00 - $129,671.00 AnnuallyThis position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent is responsible for managing the change control processes for the OCIO specifically the District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) and executing changes and improvements to the software change control process including developing, maintaining, and improving the change control processes and procedures. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducting change control board meetings; tracking and overseeing assigned change requests to receive team feedback and approval in a timely manner for on-time implementation.
- Providing training to staff throughout the OCFO on the aspects of change control; and ensuring that any changes being deployed to the DIFS production environment are adequately tested and reviewed by the Quality Assurance team members.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
