COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT: This position is not in a collective bargaining unit.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Operations and Systems (OFOS), District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Support Center. The incumbent is responsible for supporting business operations and enterprise-wide technology change initiatives. Duties include, but are not limited to: developing and implementing change management strategies; creating and designing communication materials; conducting training sessions; assessing operational and organizational needs; and utilizing KPIs to measure, monitor, and evaluate outcomes. Performs other related duties as assigned. Four (4) years of progressive experience performing related duties and responsibilities such as: analyzing business processes; providing operational and change management support to improve program processes and effectiveness; managing complex projects; and conducting related training. Incumbent must have strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills required.Experience that provides the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for this position.
