Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time)
Reports To: General Manager
Description: The goal of the Front Desk Coordinator is to imprint a memorable impression on potential members, existing members and visitors, whether that impression be over the telephone, or face to face. A professional appearance and friendly demeanor are essential ingredients in being successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create a memorable first impression for all callers, members, and visitors.
2. Responsible for the appearance of the concierge area, meeting rooms, Café, and common areas.
3. Assist the General Manager and Director Of Sales with projects and administrative work.
