We are looking for the right candidate who HAS past dental front desk experience and is looking for their dental home. We are wanting to train the right person! We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, teamwork skills, ability to answer patient calls, willing to learn insurance skill set, and willing to help patients with any questions. We are also looking for someone who may interested in furthering their career with time in the dental field and becoming a team lead. This team lead position would be overseeing the weekly and monthly responsibilities of the office.
The expectations of the job are as follows: ins verification, pre-estimates, tx planning, answering phone calls, scheduling, troubleshooting pt questions, and greeting pts with a smile.
We are ideally looking for someone who is interested to work 4 days a week (approximately ~28-30 hrs/week). The three days include: M 8 am - 3 pm, T/W 8 am - 5 pm and Th 9 am - 5 pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
