Oceana Inc is Hiring a Reservationist Near New York, NY
Oceana is currently hiring for a full-time reservationist / breakfast supervisor position. Ideal candidates should have previous restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on guest relations. Proficiency in Open Table is preferred.
Responsibilites include: escorting guests to tables, supervising dining room during breakfast, booking and monitoring reservations and special requests, creating and executing floor plans, answering phones, printing menus and communicating to both FOH and BOH management.
Your schedule will be
Monday - Thursday 6:30am-3pm
Friday 10am-4pm
