Centurion® New York is Hiring a Reservationist Near New York, NY
The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, seeks a dedicated and hospitable reservationist for the new multi-fine dining concept, Centurion® New York. This position will seamlessly integrate public reservations with American Express Centurion membership reservations.
The reservationist will be someone who has extensive experience with customer service, and administrative duties.The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, yet be able to deliver services in an approachable and friendly manner.
Proficiency of Word, Excel, Internet Searches and maintaining a database. Previous working knowledge of Resy or similar program required.
The reservationist will report directly to our General Manager.
Essential Duties
- Work in coordination with front desk department to address any guest booking issues
- Liaise between the concierge team and restaurant management to maintain alignment on bookings
- Respond to difficult emails in the Reservations inbox following restaurant’s standards
- Check and maintain the Notify list and Resy bookings
- Add guest notes to internal client profiles for future bookings
- Proof same day and next day reservations to polish notes find /solve problems
- Research and type up all guest complaint calls for General Manager
- Assist General Manager with various restaurant projects
Marketing and Operations:
- Maintain office equipment and order when necessary
- Assist with scheduling guest access passes
- Printing and maintaining menus
- Maintaining and ordering collateral within the restaurant
Positions require:
- Full availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
- Drug screening
- Reference check
