Occupational Training Center is Hiring a Customer Billing Representative Near Burlington, NJ
- Based upon a Contract Worksheet, position prepares and renders monthly billings to Source America and Non-Source America customers under existing contractual relationships via the Intacct system or through off-line billing mechanisms such as the paperless DFAS electronic Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
- Based upon a Billing Summary Worksheet, position prepares monthly voucher billings to the Burlington County Office of Waste Management for all services rendered by OTC in support of the County’s programs for the collection recycling materials, covering payroll, G&A, insurance and direct expenditures less revenue received for the sale of recyclables.
- Prepares the monthly off-line billing of program and transportation services provided for OTC clients to the New Jersey State Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) based on attendance data.
- Prepares the quarterly on-line billing of client attendance/participation hours to the New Jersey State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
- Prepares the on-line monthly billings of all Crew Labor and Adult Training Centers (ATC’s) program activities provided to customers.
- Prepares periodic billings to OTC customers for Workshop assembly projects, including all applicable storage and shipping charges, based upon data in the Intacct production system and upon information supplied by Workshop Management personnel.
- Prepares monthly Cartridge billings to the State of New Jersey and Commercial clients for toner cartridge refilling operations based upon information supplied by the Cartridge Manager. Billings include the materials and labor required to fill the cartridges and related shipping charges.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Controller or Assistant Controller.
