The Oasis Hot Tub Gardens is seeking a General Manager for our Ann Arbor facility located at 2301 S. State Street.

The Oasis has a successful 40-year corporate history, with three Michigan locations, a strong customer base, and a vibrant staff. Our brand is a luxurious and affordable private hot tub rental in a meticulously maintained environment.

At the Ann Arbor Oasis, we provide our guests with a high-end relaxation experience in any one of our 16 different island-themed hot tub suites. The atmosphere at Oasis is relaxing, friendly, and guest-centered. Our goal is to maintain close attention to the details that create a remarkable experience for each and every guest.

Responsibilities of the General Manager will include providing support in all day-to-day operations for a staff of 20-35 full-time and part-time individuals. The successful candidate will be service-oriented, outgoing, and professional with extraordinary people skills, and driven to succeed.
Strong time management skills, maturity, and an exceptional work ethic are the ingredients for success!

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and appropriately staffed
• Manage the flow of guests with finesse and address customer concerns with dignity
• Manage, coach, and develop all Maintenance, Desk, Shift Coordinator, and Management staff
• Support and uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, and safety of the facility
• Track and analyze sales and expenses
• Help create and manage creative projects that seek to ‘raise the bar’ for both our patrons and staff
• Assist with the preparation of annual facility improvement plans

A mastery of Oasis procedures is a must, along with a willingness to do whatever extra it may take to provide an outstanding environment for both our customers and staff.
