Watershed Hospitality is an Ann Arbor eclectic restaurant group that currently operates six businesses, Last Word, Alley Bar, BTB Burrito, Cantina Taqueria, Good Time Charley’s and LIVE! We are opening a new concept at 118 W. Liberty St. that will be a restaurant for dinner and more of a bar/lounge for the evenings. As the General Manager (GM), you will work with the Head Chef to oversee all operations in the building. This position leads a complex mix of departments and staff working together: bar and serving crews, food runners, bussers, dishwashers, and hosts.

The work schedule is 50-60 hours per week with a general schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, with some additional meetings and coverage duties.
