The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing partner sites and supporting lines of business to ensure the delivery of performance and critical operational expectations. This includes exceeding operational goals, resolving process and operational issues through cross-functional partnerships, and managing highly escalated issues that require communication at all levels of leadership. The role also involves a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, optimizing efficiencies, and building client relationships.Candidates for this position should have a college degree and 4 years' of experience, or 8 years' of experience without a degree. The role requires experience in working with management to align training initiatives with company strategies and values, as well as knowledge and sensitivity to diversity issues. Strong consulting, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is significant organizational skills and attention to detail. The Executive Director will be expected to lead the development of leadership programs, drive the optimization of learning technology tools, and work with executive leadership to identify and implement strategies for performance improvement.
